Digital Products Refund Policy
At God’s Altar & You, we want you to be confident in your purchase and satisfied with the digital resources you receive.
Our products currently include downloadable Christian prayer workbooks, devotional guides, biblical teaching resources, declaration packs, and other digital materials. Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are generally final once access to the download has been provided.
When We Will Help
Please contact us if:
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You completed your purchase but did not receive access to your download.
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
• You received the wrong digital product.
• There is another technical problem preventing you from accessing the product you purchased.
We will make every reasonable effort to correct the problem, provide a replacement download, or, when appropriate, issue a refund.
Change of Mind
We generally do not issue refunds for digital products because a customer changes their mind after purchasing or after receiving access to the downloadable material.
Please read the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us. Once we verify the duplicate transaction, we will review the purchase for an appropriate refund.
Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Personal-Use Licence
Digital products purchased from God’s Altar & You are licensed for personal or household use only, unless otherwise stated.
Purchased files may not be copied, resold, uploaded, distributed, reproduced for commercial purposes, or shared publicly without written permission from the copyright holder.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
