ABOUT US

The word ‘altar’ appears in the King James Version of the Bible 378 times. That is no coincidence! An altar is a sacred place used to offer up sacrifices and praises to God. It is a place where the God of Creation — the God of all mankind, The King of all the kings in existence — meets with His people on a one and one basis. Isn’t that absolutely amazing! That God wants to meet and commune with you? Yes, YOU!  So the altar is a doorway linking both the physical and the spiritual realm.

Throughout the book of the Old Testament, we see just about every prominent man of God building an altar and where God would meet with them. There at the altar, miraculous things would take place. There He would reveal himself to them in various ways and empower them with gifts from on high.

Unlike the Old Testament times, we no longer need to offer up burnt sacrifices of spotless animals at the altar. Jesus fulfilled that requirement once and for all when he offered up Himself as that final sacrifice. He was the ultimate sacrifice and nothing that we can offer God today can top that perfect offering! All God requires that we take to the altar now is a broken and contrite heart and a heart filled with praises! (Psalm 50:9-15; 51:17)

Today, God wants us to raise up and dedicate to him a place of true worship. He wants each of us to erect an individual altar where he can commune with us on a personal level. He wants us to set up an altar to him right there in our homes, in our churches, in our communities, in our nations. Altars where we take our personal needs before him, where we take our marital needs before Him, where we take our families before him, our communities, our countries, our nations. It is when we have saturated the nation with altars, that He will heal our land. (2nd Chronicles 7:14).

This site is dedicated to evangelizing the body of Christ, helping you to rebuild broken down altars in your life, and fulfilling the purpose for which you were called. When we start to learn we start to grow! My desire for you is that you will grow and become empowered in the anointing of God!
